03. Refund Policy

Service Delivery & Milestones: Engineering services provided by RidgeVectorLabs are delivered according to a predefined project roadmap and specific milestones. Payments are typically structured to align with these phases.

Eligibility for Refund: Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If a project is cancelled before the commencement of a specific phase, a full refund for that phase's fees may be issued. If work has already begun, refunds will be calculated based on the percentage of completion and the resources already allocated.

Non-Refundable Items: Once a project phase has been completed and delivered to the client, that portion of the fee is considered non-refundable. Third-party costs incurred on behalf of the client (e.g., software licenses, hosting fees, specialized tool access) are also non-refundable.

Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute regarding refunds, RidgeVectorLabs commits to a transparent and fair resolution process. We encourage clients to contact us directly at [email protected] to discuss any concerns before initiating formal dispute proceedings.
